Ultrasound cleaning equipment can be generally divided into two types: general and special.
1 、General Purpose Ultrasound Cleaner
Ultrasound cleaning machine structure generally has two forms: the ultrasonic power supply and the cleaner are integrated or separately arranged. Usually the small power (less than 200W) cleaning machine uses an integrated structure, while the high power cleaning machine uses a split structure.
The split structure of the ultrasonic cleaning machine consists of three main parts.
(1)Cleaning cylinder;
Cleaning cylinder:Cleaning cylinder is a stainless steel container used to load cleaning fluid and the cleaned workpiece. Most workpieces can be installed in a mesh frame first, and then put into the cylinder for cleaning together.
(2)The ultrasonic generator;
The ultrasonic generator:The ultrasonic generator for ultrasonic cleaning machine can be divided into electronic tube type, thyristor type and transistor type according to the type of components used. In recent years, it has developed to use high-power "power module" mode. Its output power ranges from tens of watts to several kilowatts, and its operating frequency ranges from 15 kHz to 40 kHz.
(3) Ultrasonic transducer;
The resonant frequency and impedance of the transducer vary greatly with the depth of the cleaning fluid. However, the practice shows that after proper amount of cleaning material is put into the tank, it can basically be stabilized in a certain value. Generally speaking, due to the small change of cleaning load, the complex frequency automatic tracking circuit can not be required.。
2 、Special ultrasonic cleaner
Usually installed in the production line of cleaning certain specific items. Typical ultrasonic cleaning equipment for soft magnetic devices is that the cleaned items are sent to the ultrasonic cleaning tank from the special stainless steel mesh belt which can be driven by the inlet and outlet, and then discharged after spraying and drying, so that the cleaned items can be directly packaged and stored in the warehouse.
