How to Choose Vibrator and Power Supply for Ultrasound Cleaner
发布时间:2019-09-24 14:40:56
Ultrasound cleaning can convert electrical energy into mechanical energy vibration. Its main mechanical vibration component is the oscillator. The selection of the oscillator is very important. The fabrication of ultrasonic vibration head has certain technicality. It is mainly a sandwich transducer made of lead zirconate titanate piezoelectric ceramics. The basic requirements are as follows:
a:Low calorific value
b:Good thermal stability
c :Strong consistency between frequency and static capacitance
d:Low resonance impedance
e:Long average lif。
Ultrasound power supply, or generator, is a device that converts electric energy into mechanical energy by using ultrasonic oscillator. It mainly consists of transformers, field effect transistors and other electronic components.
The main principle of the ultrasonic generator is that the 28KHZ and 40KHZ ultrasonic electric signals generated by the ultrasonic generator are transformed into mechanical oscillations of the same frequency through the piezoelectric effect of the transducer, and radiated in the cleaning solution in the form of ultrasonic mechanical waves. Because of the alternating action of positive and negative pressure regions in the propagation of supersonic mechanical waves, numerous micro bubbles at over 1000 atmospheric pressures are generated and exploded at any time, resulting in a fine local high pressure bombardment on the surface of the cleaner, which causes the rapid exfoliation of dirt on the surface and crevices of the object. This is the special "cavitation effect" of ultrasonic cleaning.
