All-in-one machine for filter element production
The automatic rotating-disc type production equipment for filter element,which can be applied to the usage of aplurality of cylindrical filter elements by replacing the mold and the clamp.
This device can automatically complete the actions of pressing thedistance piece, injecting the packing, positioning the end cap, rotary-melting and picking-up the piece, etc.For manual work, it only requires toput the filter element’s shell into the moldand install the filter element’s cover after the filling. The manual work can be greatly saved and the production efficiency can be improved. Each station can autom atically detect that whether the station hasthe filter element or not. If there is no filter element, this station will not act. Besides each station is provided with the independent switch. Corresponding station can be opened according to the production of different products and the irrelevant station can be prevented from being used.
